Fill an interactive PDF form
Complete supported text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdowns in a fillable PDF. Scanned or flat forms have no fields; use the PDF editor to add text visually.
One PDF · up to 20 MB · 100 pages maximum
Export keeps supported form fields interactive. Text must be supported by the form’s existing font or the standard Latin fallback. Unicode text can be added visually with the PDF editor instead.

Text extraction follows the PDF’s stored reading order; columns and tables may need cleanup. This is not a layout-preserving PDF-to-Word conversion.
Using Fill PDF Forms
Open an interactive PDF, complete its fields, save and reopen it to check the result.
Example: Complete an interactive application form
- Open an unencrypted PDF that contains interactive form fields.
- Fill the supported fields, then export and reopen the result to check all values.
- If no fields are detected, use PDF Editor to add text visually. Do not assume a scanned form contains interactive fields.
What to check before sharing
Flat scanned forms need the visual PDF editor. Some field types and characters are unsupported.
